Responsibilities
Understand and support product design initiatives by conducting research on technology/industry and drafting the requirements
Test and create use cases for the existing and new features
Interact directly with clients, gather and process their feedback
Create, analyze, organize, edit and clean data
Train and improve Machine Learning models

Your Qualification
BSc/BA or equivalent
Fluency in English
Customer service experience
Able to multitask and handle a fast pace environment
Familiar with Excel or Google Spreadsheet
Programming skills
Interest in AI/ML
