Aquicore was founded in 2013 in the early hours of the morning on the belief that smarter and more connected buildings will have a global impact in curbing our climate challenges and make buildings technologically ready for the next century.
We create global impact by bettering the built environment every day.
Our next generation of software which facilitates smarter building operations is used by the largest real estate owners and operators around the world. We are changing the industry from the ground up and we’re looking for the right people to achieve our mission!

You will support initiatives across the organization that company leaders deem as essential projects to ensure that the organization is continually improving. You will develop, implement and monitor operational systems and processes that provide visibility into cross-functional goals, progress and roadblocks for key initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop long-term plans and processes that will ensure new levels of productivity and growth. This includes managing process updates, creating documentation for enablement, and ensuring that metrics and executive reporting are readily available.
The Impact you’ll have
In this role, you will develop key business insights and help empower functional leaders with data-driven decision making. You will conduct critical market and industry analyses that will influence pricing, go-to-market and operational strategy for the business.
Who you will work with
This role will report to the VP of Customer Operations, and will also partner with the CEO to create processes and metrics that will help guide the direction of the organization. You will also partner closely with other executives on the Customer Operations, Sales, and Customer Engagement teams. You will also manage a team that you will grow over time!
