Our Challenge
You will support initiatives across the organization that company leaders deem as essential projects to ensure that the organization is continually improving. You will develop, implement and monitor operational systems and processes that provide visibility into cross-functional  goals, progress and roadblocks for key initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop long-term plans and processes that will ensure new levels of  productivity and growth. This includes managing process updates, creating documentation for enablement, and ensuring that metrics and executive reporting are readily available.
The Impact you’ll have 
In this role, you will develop key business insights and help empower functional leaders with data-driven decision making. You will conduct critical market and industry analyses that will influence pricing, go-to-market and operational strategy for the business. 
Who you will work with 
This role will report to the VP of Customer Operations, and will also partner with the CEO to create processes and metrics that will help guide the direction of the organization. You will also partner closely with other executives on the Customer Operations, Sales, and Customer Engagement teams. You will also manage a team that you will grow over time!

The skills we are looking for…

    • Administrator level understanding of Salesforce and Salesforce architecture
    • Experience in planning and business operations, and aptitude to connect strategic planning activities to disciplined execution
    • Ability to communicate effectively to different levels of the organization with clarity and precision
    • Multidisciplinary understanding of business processes that enable teams to function effectively
    • Experience defining, refining and implementing processes, procedures and policies
    • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and a a proven ability to influence others
    • Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable in ambiguous situations
    • Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks
    • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
    • Expert level spreadsheet and dashboarding skills
    • Understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales
    • Experience operating successfully in a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
    • Experience with implementing and using a Business Intelligence tool is a plus

Within 1 Month you will…

    • Get familiar with the business teams and their priorities, tools  and processes.
    • Understand our business operations tech stack and Salesforce setup.
    • Understand the different transaction types and systems of record keeping.
    • Build rapport and reporting cadence with our Program Analyst.

Within 3 Months you will…

    • Take full ownership of key business reporting documents.
    • Work with our data engineering team to automate business reporting through a BI tool.
    • Have a thorough understanding of Aquicore’s Salesforce setup and be able to answer ad-hoc questions or troubleshoot issues that may arise.

Within 6 Months you will…

      • Work closely with our Finance Team to implement  a recurring revenue management system.
      • Propose a strong, repeatable solution for managing our database and keeping it updated, accurate and complete.

Within 12 Months you will…

    • Have scaled our operations to handle higher growth and higher volume of transactions.
    • Further developed operations to prepare us for subsequent growth and scale.
