The Impact you’ll have 
You will partner closely with the SVP of Sales and our Sales Operations and Strategy Manager to help cultivate a growing sales organization. You will drive best practices for the sales team and help unlock the potential of the BDR team to ensure faster velocity in sales closed and meaningful relationships built. Your best practices will permeate to our Account Executives and the growing Sales organization. 

We are looking for

    • Someone who has been in a BDR/SDR role before or managed a team of BDRs for a high growth SaaS company
    • A leader that can Recruit, Hire, Onboard new BDRs with a fast ramp
    • Ability to develop and hold regular training sessions focused on cold-calling, messaging, prospecting, and objection handling
    • Strong coach to your team by actively participating and listening in on sales calls, providing feedback, and holding weekly 1:1's
    • Ensure BDRs are hitting their OKRs and meeting company objectives
    • Assist in creating and maintaining enablement-related content
    • You’ll develop a deep understanding of Aquicore, our value proposition, clients, and the competitive landscape
    • This is a Player-Coach role you will need to show you can walk the walk

Within 1 month you will...

    • Complete Aquicore's onboarding process
    • Understand the personas, clients, and partners that Aquicore interacts with on a daily basis.
    • Ramp into the day to day process of a BDR
    • Perform a SWOT of Aquicore's sales process
    • Establish a cadence of communication with the Account Executives and Sales Leadership Team

Within 3 months you will...

    • Help drive revenue within the organization
    • Own all BDR metrics from top to bottom
    • Partner with marketing and create a feedback loop based on your outreach
    • Speak confidently about Aquicore solutions and offerings
    • Build a strong rapport with your team 
    • Create a cadence of reporting with the SVP of Sales

Within 6 months...

    • Level up Aquicore BDR script
    • Show a bullish trend in outreach and qualified leads 
    • Have a strong partnership with Marketing and Customers to ensure materials are up to date and messaging is consistent across the board
    • Establish out of the box methodologies for engaging with customers that Aquicore hasn't attempted before

Within 12 months...

    • Help ramp new BDR's and mentor them to success
    • Have a proven track record of meetings set and business won
    • Exceed prior year sales goal
