Anika brings more than 13 years of experience and an extensive network to the team. She leads all strategic issues and business development related to capital formation, and is in charge of establishing best-in-class investor relations with some of the most respected and experienced investors globally. 

Anika is passionate about capitalizing and enabling a more forward-thinking and sustainable real estate ecosystem, and focused on ensuring A/O is understood across the industry by investors, corporates, peers and entrepreneurs. Anika also advises and supports A/O portfolio companies  on capital raising activities. 

Before joining  A/O, Anika was Head of Investor Relations at Financial Services Capital, and previously Head of Investor Relations and Ecosystem Development Europe at Anthemis. 

She has held senior level positions  with YFM  Equity Partners, where she was responsible for overseeing investor relations and fundraising; and the Tilney Group, where she drove business development, sales and marketing of the firm’s investment management business. Anika started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London.
